- Pastikan pesanan menggunakan metode pengiriman Everpro (courier = everpro).
- Pastikan plugin aktif dan lisensi aktif.
Gagal membuat resi / AWB Failed
- Periksa Client Key & Client Secret pada Konfigurasi API.
- Pastikan environment sesuai (Production untuk transaksi nyata).
- Pastikan saldo Everpro mencukupi.
- Lengkapi Informasi Pengirim (alamat & lokasi).
- Cek detail error di tab Logs.
Tarif kurir tidak muncul
- Pastikan alamat penerima & pengirim lengkap (kota, kode pos).
- Pastikan berat & dimensi produk terisi.
Status pesanan tidak berubah setelah resi dibuat
- Periksa Logging & Workflow > Order Status After Airwaybill Generation.
